01 Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment details.

winbox888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and payment information. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Management

Once your winbox888 account is created and verified, you are responsible for all activities conducted through it. The following rules apply to account management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. winbox888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. winbox888 may apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice.

Members based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, and all other regions across Malaysia are subject to the same account management policies without exception.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on winbox888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• winbox888 supports a variety of payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, as well as cryptocurrency options such as USDT and BTC.
• Deposits are generally credited to your winbox888 account instantly, subject to your payment provider's processing times and any applicable daily transaction limits.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. winbox888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

winbox888 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:

06 Betting Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on winbox888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances:

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the winbox888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of winbox888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

09 Limitation of Liability

Upon termination for cause, winbox888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or balances derived from prohibited activities. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the member's verified payment method after the completion of any pending investigation, provided no legal hold applies.

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their winbox888 account in good standing may do so by contacting the support team. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

12 Amendments to Terms
